(Kooiker Dog) (Small Dutch Waterfowl Dog) The Kooikerhondje is a small breed, standing a little over a foot high.
Although the Kooiker Dog will do well in an apartment, this active breed would be better off living in a home with lots of room and a large fenced yard.
This breed is also known as the Kooiker Dog or Duck- decoy Dog. Its Dutch name means "dog belonging to the Kooiker," the person in charge of the duck decoy.
