Maltese require a lot of grooming including daily combing and brushing and regular bathing. The coat is parted down the centre of the back and should almost reach the ground.
Maltese do not need too much exercise. However, it is imperative that you take them on daily walks and allow them to run freely in an open space. Doing so will ensure that your Maltese does not develop any aggression or behavioral problems.
