The Malti-Poo is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Maltese and the Poodle .
Temperament: Malti-Poos are intelligent, friendly, loving, loyal affectionate family dogs.
With Children: Good, very friendly towards children. Supervision is recommended.
With Pets: Generally good with other dogs and pets.
Watch out as well for folks who crossbreed poodles with another toy breed and advertise Malti-poos, Peke-a-poos, Shih-poos, Yorkie-poos, Cocker-poos, etc.
