To see or dream that you have stretch marks, suggests that you are overextending yourself to others and are not paying enough attention to your own needs. You need to learn that you cannot be everything to everybody.
I was 9 months pregnant in the dream already and remember not having any stretch marks and that at 9 months the stretch marks looked like they were just showing up.
