They're not like a plane or train, where someone with years of training and education is in control of. Cars are normal vehicles that you should be able to drive yourself, that you use every day to get your normal life tasks done.
Train - This could be taken literally, and would mean that you need to train or you are training for something. Maybe a symbol of travel. It could also be a symbol of the physical self. Maybe it's trying to tell you to stay "on track".
On the other hand, an anchor may be seen as a symbol for something that is holding you back and restraining your freedom. Consider a relationship that may not be working or a career that is going nowhere for you.
