Mix juice, juice, juice, white , amber rum, 1 1/4 oz. Jamaican rum, and 1 T ; shake well. Pour into glass filled with ice. Add 1 T grenadine and top with 1 1/4 oz. Jamaican rum.

Mojitos are the best - they make me very happy :) I like to use Bajan rum - Cockspur preferably - I like the more complex flavour of the amber rum vs white. Muddler tip: we use plastic beer glasses and muddle with our marble pestel. Heaven....
