Amer Picon® orange bitters
Amer Picon is an orange bitter cordial created by a Frenchman named Gaetan Picon in 1837. It's bitter formulation consists of cinchona bark, oranges, and gentian - once popular as an aperitif.

Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Fill old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour in grenadine and Amer Picon. Fill glass with soda, leaving room for brandy. Float brandy on top of drink.

Instructions
Shake with cracked ice; strain into chilled cocktail glass.
1 ½ oz. Amer Picon
¾ oz. Sweet Vermouth
Ice
Mix ingredients in a shaker and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
soda Water
Shake the first three ingredients well with ice and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. top with soda or if you prefer a sweeter drink top with ginger ale.
Combine brandy and Amer Picon in a mixing glass with several ice cubes, stir well, and pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Twist lemon and orange peels over drink and drop into glass.
