Stir apple brandy and Dubonnet with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel.
Pour the apple brandy, cinnamon and sugar into an Irish coffee glass.
Fill with hot apple cider.
Stir well.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 orange spiral
1 twist lemon peel
carbonated water
Pour 2 oz. carbonated water into a collins glass. Add powdered sugar and stir. Add ice cubes and apple brandy. Fill with carbonated water a nd stir again.

Place ingredients in shaker with ½ cup cracked ice. Cover and shake vigorously several times. Pour into sour glass filled halfway with cracked ice. Serve with small straw.
