2 oz. Beefeater Gin
1 oz. Grand Marnier
1/4 tsp. Orange Marmalade (light, not much rind)
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of toast.
