½ pint Guinness Extra Stout
½ pint Champagne
Pour pre-chilled ingredients into a chilled highball or pint glass. Be sure not to lose the fizz by stirring gently.

1 ounce Stout Beer (chilled)
3 ounces Champagne (chilled)
Pour stout into a champagne flute. Add the champagne and allow the bubbles to stir the mixture. Garnish with a lemon twist.
