Blanched, slivered almonds and/or cashews.
Method :
1. Toss cauliflower and peas in one of the inner bowls of the pressure cooker. Wash with water and drain. Sprinkle with some salt. Steam this in the pressure cooker.

The primary grape varieties used in making Cognac are Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche which must constitute 90% of the cognac. Armagnac is from the Gascony area of France.

1 bottle of full bodied red wine
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup almonds, blanched
5 Cardamom, crushed
5 cloves, whole
1 cinnamon stick
1 peel of a small orange (yellow part orange)
*4 oz. vodka
sugar (to taste) ...

1 5/8 quarts claret wine
1 5/8 quarts port wine
2 tablespoons candied orange peel
20 cardamom seeds
25 whole cloves
6 sticks cinnamon
1 pound almonds -- blanched
1 pound seedless raisins
1 pound lump sugar
2 cups Cognac ...

Pour into serving bowl; chill until set, about 2 hours. Before serving, stir until smooth. Serve with assorted crackers, bread sticks, cocktail breads or your favorite blanched vegetables. Makes 2 cups dip.
