A better way to do this shot is to take Blavod (black vodka, blavod.com) and blue curacao, equal parts of each. Sugar the rim and chase with the lemon wedge. You can also add a splash of sour mix. :)

Pour smirnoff ice into pilsner glass then pour one shot of blavod on top of it. Let it slowly turn into a dirty ice.
