Beat egg whites with all but 1 oz of the sugar until thick and foamy. In a separate bowl beat egg yolks.
Add egg white mixture to this and beat together until thoroughly combined.

Dissolve the Orange and Raspberry Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1/2 cup Honeydew liqueur and 1/2 cup Triple Sec, and 1 cup of cold water.

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in old fashioned or cobbler glass.
Add bourbon, rum, and cognac, stirring constantly.
2. Just before serving, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture. Whip remaining 1/2 quart heavy cream until stiff, and fold in. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Add three shots of bourbon (Maker's Mark is good, or you can use Jack Daniels or Jim Beam). Alternatively you can use Canadian Whisky such as Wisers, Crown Royal or Canadian Club

Add 1-1.5 shots of sweet vermouth.
1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz whipped cream
Float the whiskey on top of the irish cream in a shot glass.
Top with whipped cream. Shoot without using your hands and make sure to dry clean your blue dress the next day.

Pour the martini and bourbon into a cocktail shaker put on the top and shake well for a few seconds. Pour into a chilled glass. Add crushed ice if desired.

MADE MARTINI
1 oz. Maker's Mark® Bourbon, 1/2 oz. DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur, 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz. cranberry juice, flamed orange twist. Take the orange twist (French cut) and, with a match, flame over the drink. Discard twist.
Principally two types of cask are used - Oloroso sherry casks and American oak Bourbon casks. Some distilleries use intact barrels, others remake barrels from selected staves from more than one source.
Mint Julep Martini
- 2 parts Orange Loquor
- 2 parts Bourbon
- 1/4 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- Garnish: Mint sprigs and Orange Twists
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish.
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour over the Bourbon, Brandy and Creme de Menthe.
3. Fill the rest of the glass with Club Soda and serve with the Lemon twist.

Pour all the shots into a glass. Skull. Be careful though, potent concoction. Any form of whiskey or bourbon can be used in place of the JD. Enjoy!

Canadian whiskey is predominantly Rye and blended grain whiskey, aged three years.
American Straight Whiskey is from 51-79% of a single grain. "Bourbon" is at least 51% corn. Corn & Rye are generally the only grains used in the United States.
