Bushmills Malt (10 years old): 50 ml bottle
Single malt Irish whiskey, and a great example of a good Irish whiskey. Triple-distilled, and as a result, expectedly smooth. It's a light and fairly subtle single malt.

Bushmills Irish Whiskey
This was a drink that would have probably been less bitter if I had used a mixer but chose not to.
I bought some Bushmills blended scotch (Irish), and was wondering if it would be suitable for a whiskey sour? Whats the differance between scotch & whiskey anyway, if any. By the way, Canadians are peter puffers.

Quite smooth and mellow. Reminds me a bit of a really good Bushmills with a charcoal finish to it. Char is much more understated than all the others and plays off nicely against the other flavors. Really quite charming.
