Campari Aperitivo
Aperitif imported from Italy. Aromas of fruit pits and botanicals. Slightly bitter flavors of fruit. An aromatized wine which means that it has a red wine base with sweeteners and herbs added.

Glass type: Cocktail
Directions: Mix in shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Use cherry to garnish.
CAMPARI CAPRI*
3/4 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. Chambord
5 oz. Orange juice
Pour all ingredients into a highball with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.
2 oz Campari
2 oz Brandy
1 oz Lemon juice
Mixing instructions:
Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Pour Campari and sweet vermouth over ice cubes in a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Mixing instructions:

Put 1 splash of Campari in a shaker, then add the Dutch jenever and the sweet wine. Shake well and pour in a glass. Spread the crushed ice over it and finish it with two cherries. It is a red delight!!

Drinks: Would probably make a very nice (or better frankly) substitute for Jaegermeister, also can recommend it as a sweeter alternative to Campari, particularly for a Killepitsch and Tonic (or Killer Tonic as we call it).
