To a shaker full of ice
1 oz of Stoli Vanilla
2 oz Belle de Brillet & 2 oz of Pear Nectar.
Shake, decant, then fill the serving glasses
2/3 full & float champagne on top.
Shoot it, no chaser. Found this one in Chicago in 1988. Now used here in Texas as a staple for an annual St. Patrick's Day Party. 4 or more of these will put you on your way or potentially out of commission.

Mix the 1st four ingredients and over ice, shake, strain, then splash with 7-up. This drink originated somewhere in Chicago. I find it fares well with the ladies more so than the gents.

Sam's Liquors has most brands of ginger beer. Stewarts, Barretts, and others. Problem is all come in a 4 pack of bottles for about 5 bucks. Sells a lot in Chicago area believe it or not. Stewarts are famous for Birch Beer, Root Beer....same company.
