We always use Coco Lopez creme of coconut, pineapple juice, and crushed pineapple, and Myers dark rum. What you talking about?!!!It is sooooo gooood!!!

Taste: Thick body, has a more butterscotch or a caramel taste than one would expect from the bouquet, sweetish finish with a little pucker/dryness from the coco beans.

I think the flavor might be even better with the Coco Lopez and good rum, rather than the Malibu. How far do you think people are willing to go with this: unflavored (colorless) gelatin, pineapple juice (or pureed pineapple), Coco Lopez, rum, etc?

Some people even put in slices of orange, apple, and watermellon that float on top. The fruit will absorb some alcahol and act like a tasty shot later on, or for breakfast the next morning (not recommended to put on your coco-puffs).
