Coffee Liqueur Cocktails:
The most popular way to add the flavor of coffee to mixed drinks is to use one of the coffee liqueurs or, more recently, an espresso-infused vodka (i.e. Three Olives or Van Gogh).

Instructions
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans.
Combine coffee, sugar and water. Simmer 1 hour and let cool. Add vanilla and vodka. Age in sealed jar 2 to 3 weeks.
Mix all ingredients, except ice cream, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled double Old Fashioned glass and top with coffee ice cream.

Caramel syrup
1/4 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
Blend the Jack Daniel's whiskey, grenadine and Kahlua coffee liqueur together with the ice.

Pour 3/4 oz vodka into a shot glass, then add the coffee creamer (french vanilla is the best). If you did this right the vodka and creamer should seperate leaving you with a good tasting shot of vodka.
