Amaretto Smoothie

- 4 (1.5 fluid oz) jiggers Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
In a blender combine amaretto, milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into 4 glasses.

You need a shotglass with a flared top. Pour in the cordial, then pour the Creme de Menthe down the side of the glass so that it floats on the cordial. Same with the Vodka. You have to pour it slow so that you don't mix the 3.

The Gimlet is perhaps my only exception. This drink was most likely first created as a way to utilize Rose's Lime juice/cordial, and frankly it isn't quite the same thing if you attempt to use fresh lime juice and simple syrup instead.
