Bols Creme de Cacao:
A sweet and well-balanced liqueur, tasting of imitation chocolate flavour. Nicely textured, and easily drinkable, but nothing to get excited about.

Layer ingredients, one on top of the other in the order given into a pousse-cafe glass. Pour carefully over the back of an inverted spoon.

Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

1/4 creme de cacao, Cusenier. (3/4 oz, 2 cl, 3/16 gills)
Mix.
Squeeze rind of lemon on top.

Pour creme de cacao in a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float cream on top, being careful not to let ingredients mix. (You can float the cream by holding a teaspoon bottom-side up over the glass and pouring the cream slowly over it.) ...

1 oz sweet cream soda
Shake well with crushed ice, strain into
a No. 9 or 10 glass.

1 1/2 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
4 oz. Pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. Cream of Coconut
Blend together with cracked ice until smooth
and garnish with a pineapple spear.

Combine 1 oz of Creme de Cacao
1 oz Creme de Banana
1 1/2 oz Cruzan rum & a splash of cream
Shake, pour into martini glass, then garnish with a cherry.

Shake light rum, creme de cacao, creme de menthe and cream well with ice. Strain into prechilled cocktail glass. Float 151-proof rum on top.

Some White Russian recipes call for creme de cacao liqueur in addition to the other ingredients. If this is used, the cocktail can be garnished with grated chocolate.

Comments
Pour Brandy and Creme de Cacao in a rocks glass over ice. Use only enough Creme de Menthe to make a mud color. Anything resembling green is too much. Amounts of Brandy and Creme de Cacao can vary according to amount of sweetness desired.
