Cruzan Rum
The Cruzan Rum Distillery was founded in 1760 at St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Many visitors take a tour of the Curzan distillery when visiting the Virgin Islands.

In 2 quart saucepan combine sugar, brown sugar and butter. Cook over low hear, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted (6-8 min).
Try a Cruzan rum, I like Mango, Pineapple, or Coconut. Mix orange juice and cranberry juice. So good!

Combine 1 oz of Creme de Cacao
1 oz Creme de Banana
1 1/2 oz Cruzan rum & a splash of cream
Shake, pour into martini glass, then garnish with a cherry.
