South Dakota Tradition continues
Growing up in South Dakota, this drink is tradition! I left 17 years ago moving to Ohio. My first Christmas here left me befuddled, I couldn't believe the grocery stores didn't carry Tom & Jerry batter.
120. NORTH DAKOTA SPECIAL

To a 5 quart pot (enamel or stainless steel) add all the berries and smash them with a potato masher. (If you are fortunate enough to have a food processor this would work fine also.
