Hot Damn - Brand name of a red cinnamon schnapps. It can be bought in both 80 and 100 proof.
Ice 101 - It is a 101 proof peppermint schnapps that is produced by Firewater Inc.

DAMN THE WEATHER MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. Magellan Gin, 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice, 1 tsp. Triple Sec.
DEKUYPER® POME'TINI
1 oz. DeKuyper® Pomegranate Liqueur, 1 oz. gin, splash lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lemon/lime twist.

Drinks: Damn fine mixing rum if you want to trade up from its younger brother. If you are going to use a molasses based dark or gold rum for a drink use this one.

The Danish water of life, this caraway flavoured vodka is very nice when drunk in coffee. A damn good idea says Glen because it has a most hideous taste straight. It's good for a change and a good caraway care-away.

With ice, shake/stir and serve in shot glasses. The original drink called for the Goldschlager but it is very good made with Hot Damn also.
