Method :
the milk and cool to lukewarm. Bloom the in the milk with 1/2 cup of the bread in the bowl of an electric mixer. Stir to form a sponge and allow to rise until doubled.

Directions: In an ice filled highball glass add all ingredients except Dark Rum. Stir then float 1 tsp of Dark Rum on top.

Mix all ingredients (except champagne) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled wine goblet. Fill with champagne and stir gently.

1 oz. Orange juice
2 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Lime juice
Splash of Grenadine
Blend. Pour over rocks (or serve frozen). Garnish with strawberry, pineapple wedge, umbrella & flex straw.

Great for any drink calling for a dark rum where you want some more finesse but don't want to lose the backbone of rum flavors in a drink. Mxes well, holds it's own- but doesn't step on other ingredients.
