DRY SHERRY
Method :
2 Or 3 ea (FINELY CHOPPED) 1 TO 2 cn (10 OZ. EACH)After 1-1/2 hours of cooking, meat should be very tender. Remove meat from pot and let cool. Reserve broth and vegetables.Discard all fat and bones from meat.

2 oz dry sherry (6 cl, 1/2 gills)
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur (1.5 cl, 1/8 gills)

Drink Recipe Instruction
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a highball glass and serve.

Comments
Pour the dry sherry into a mixing glass, add the vermouth, stir and strain into the glass. Add a dash of orange bitters. To garnish, add a twist of orange peel.
