Instructions
Stir with large ice; strain into chilled glass. Twist lemon peel over drink.

Mix Dubonnet, brandy, and juices with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled Collins glass. Add several ice cubes and fill with club soda or champagne.

Dubonnet - A type of vermouth made from a mixture of wines from the south of France, spices and aged herbs. Made in Paris since 1846. You can find Dubonnet Blanc (white) or Rouge (red) all at 17 per cent alcohol by volume.

Method :
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

DUBONNET COCKTAIL
1 1/2 oz. Red Dubonnet
1 1/2 oz. Gin
Pour Gin and Dubonnet together over ice in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Blanc
1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
Mixing instructions:
Float vermouth on top of chilled Dubonnet in a red wine glass and serve.

Stir gin and Dubonnet with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of orange peel and serve.

1/2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1 maraschino cherry
Combine the rum, dubonnet, and bitters in a mixing glass
half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass,
and garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Deshler 1 1/2 ounce rye whiskey 1 ounce red Dubonnet 1/4 ounce Cointreau 2 dash Peychaud's bitters 1 whole orange twist in mixing glass 1 whole lemon twist in mixing glass Garnish: orange twist. Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Comments
Combine bitters and sugar; add Dubonnet. Stir with an ice cube and fill cocktail glass with chilled champagne.
