I prefer to drink this with a little more of a whiskey ratio, like 6 oz. compared to 2 thats only because i like whiskey ... a lot.
A dusting of grated chocolate
Method :
Cook the Thai jasmine in the milk with the sugar, or to taste. If liked add a large or grass stem.
Cable Car 2 ounce spiced rum Captain Morgan's 1 ounce Cointreau 1/3 ounce lemon juice Garnish: Lemon twist and a dusting of cinnamon. Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.
