Fino Sherry - A very dry type of sherry.
Firewater - What Native Americans used to call whiskey. By association, the old name for whiskey. There is also a cinnamon schnapps by the same name (100 proof).
- 1 tsp. fino sherry or dry vermouth
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3 oz. Champagne
1 oz. fino Sherry
Splash fresh lime juice
Stir and serve in a cocktail glass.
Coat the inside of a chilled martini glass with fino sherry and toss out the excess. Flame several orange peels into the glass. Chill the Vodka and strain into the seasoned glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
