French 75 1 1/2 ounce gin 3/4 ounce lemon juice 1 teaspoon sugar 4 ounce chilled champagne Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar with ice. Strain into ice filled collins glass. Fill with champagne.

In other drinks it proved to be very versitle and more subtle than a number of other vodkas. Makes for a deadly vodka version of a French 75. NOTE: Use Noilly Prat and keep the vermouth refrigerated after opening for the best taste.
