Galliano Liquore:
In a very distinctive bottle, named after an Italian war hero of 1896, this is a famous Italian herbal liqueur.
Galliano - A liqueur flavoured with herbs, roots and spices made in Italy. 35 per cent alcohol by volume.
Gentleman - Brand name of an American Bourbon whiskey, 40 per cent alcohol by volume.
Liquore Galliano
Imported liqueur from Italy. Bright yellow/gold color. Aromas of roots, herbs, flowers, and cedar. Quite thick. The flavors reflect the herbs and flowers noted in the nose along with some spices. The finish is sweet and long.
Galliano optional
The Alabama Slammer is a cocktail that was born at the University of Alabama. Our recipe adds Galliano to the original which, while not necessary, is a happy addition.

Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend at low speed 10-15 seconds. Pour into prechilled deep-saucer champagne glass.

3 cl Jägermeister
Mixing instructions:
Pour gently, i'ts important to get 2 layers. Use a shot glass. You can use 2 cl of each, if 3 is to much for you.
Shake Galliano, Vanilla Schnapps and Grenadine with ice and pour into Champagne flute. Top off with 2 to 3 oz of champagne or sparkling wine like Spanish Cava.

Pour Galliano & Chartreuse into the martini glass. Pour the Kahlua & Blue Curacao into different shot glasses. Light the martini glass and drink fast with a straw. While drinking add both shot glasses to the martini glass.

1 dash grenadine syrup
Pour the white rum, cream, Grand Marnier, Galliano and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a 5 oz champagne saucer or glass.

Very low proof rum that is almost a RTD in itself, or some other form of alcopop for the younger set. Not objectionable, but hardly exciting. Good for one of those umbrella drinks. Could also be a alternative for Galliano in some drinks.
