Gin Swizzle
2 oz. Burnett's Gin
1/2 tsp. bitters
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
Iced club soda
Shake Burnett's Gin, bitters, lime juice and sugar well with ice. Strain into a tall 14 oz. glass half-filled with ice. Add soda and stir.
