I loved this drink in Bermuda, but nobody ever heard of "ginger beer" in US. Where can I get it state-side??

Ginger Beer - A drink made by the fermentation of root ginger, sugar, water and yeast with a very low alcohol content.

Mixing instructions:
Quarter an entire lime and squeeze the juice from two of the quaters into a chilled glass. Drop the remaining two limes into the glass and muddle the juice with the fruit.
Pour the rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
