Grenadine is a strong red syrup made from red currants and pomegranates. It is a useful ingredient for many cocktails - acting as both a colouring and sweetener.

The idea of this drink is to pour it so that there are recognizable layers. You must pour it very gently or the ingredients will mix together and ruin the effect.

Pour Schnapps into a large shot glass. Slowly pour Irish Cream into Schnapps so that it basically
forms a "brain" in "formaldehyde".

Just combine the two in a shot glass. Can be made in larger quantities also by just combining equal parts to each other. This shot will get you good. Great shot for 21 birthdays, and other special occasions.
