1 tsp sugar
Juice from ½ lemon

Blend well and place in freezer until ice crystals form and it's mushy.
4. Remove and beat until soft peaks form.
5. Add the egg whites and vanilla and beat again.
6. Cover and return to freezer for at least 3 hours.
