2 oz. Appleton Estate V/X Jamaica Rum, 2 cups cubed watermelon, 1/2 oz. sugar syrup. Crush watermelon in bottom of shaker. Add ingredients; shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.
Into this mixture pour 1 1/2 pints of Jamaica rum and 2 quarts of brandy. When the whole has been well mixed 5-6 quarts of cream[or of cream and milk of half and half] are slowly added and carefully stsirred to bring the mixture to velvet smoothness.
They put champagne,sangria,grenadine,Jamaica rum,& peach schnappes in it. I have tried the drink at other restaurants but much prefer this one as it is slushy. Some places just mix the ingredients with crushed ice which is horrible! ...
