KEY LIME PIE MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. Licor 43, 1 1/2 oz. key lime juice, 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka, 1/2 oz. Midori, key lime or a lime wedge for garnish. For martini rim: key lime juice, simple syrup, and graham crackers. Garnish with lime wedge.

Let me tell you Licor 43, Galliano and Strawberry Pucker with some cream tastes pretty much like it looks which is disgusting. Kinda like tonguing the hole in someone's throat who has throat cancer.
SPANISH MARTINI
2 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron
1/4 oz. Licor 43
Stir both ingredients with ice to chill and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Substitute
Licor 43 (Cuarente y Tres), creme de vanille, sweetened vanilla-flavored vodka (imperfect substitute)
