The Ski Lift takes you to the tropics while still enjoying a warming drink. As opposed to the mints and dark flavors that are usually paired with hot chocolate, this recipe goes fruity tropical with a blend of peach and coconut.

Bottle: Looks like a 1950's liquor bottle or maybe a perfume bottle with side pieces that remind me of a Soviet heavy lift rocket. Tasteful black label with blue lettering.
Steep in almost boiling water for 3 minutes (dont stir), lift ball and let it drain back into the tea, then steep an additional 3-4 minutes, drain again, add lemon, and chill over ice or in fridge. Best when mixed 60/40 tea to vodka.
Turn the glass around to coat the rim in sugar. Lift up and check that there is sufficient sugar adhering to the rim.

Mix the alcohol and sugar in the coffee mug, and make a light syrup. Then add the espresso, cream, and ice. Then lift the mug to your lips and enjoy.

Moisten top of gelatin and the chilled serving plate with cold water. Place moistened plate over mold and invert. Shake slightly, then lift mold off carefully. If gelatin does not release, dip mold in warm water again for 10 seconds and repeat.
