1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Orange Bitter and Lime cordial over.

Fill with the ginger beer. Ginger beer is much tarter and has more flavour than ginger ale. The copper mug is traditional for this drink. It makes the drink incredibly cold. As an option, you may add lime cordial if desired.
