Liquore Galliano
Imported liqueur from Italy. Bright yellow/gold color. Aromas of roots, herbs, flowers, and cedar. Quite thick. The flavors reflect the herbs and flowers noted in the nose along with some spices. The finish is sweet and long.

A good shot for someone who wants a strong shot but doesn't like a strong taste.
Mix liquor and juices in mixing cup and blend. Pour over ice in collins glass top with grenadine and splash of 7-up. Garnish with a flag or two cherries.

Mix liquors and coffee, then top off with Whip Cream. Amounts of Jack and Amaretto can be increased to 1 shot apiece for an interesting result later!!!

He was challenged by a liquor rep to make something with aquavit, a far under-represented spirit, and this is what he came up with. It has a nice bright crispness along with a well layered complexity.
Pour the raspberry liquor along the side of the glass slowly so that it sinks and settles to the
bottom. Next, pour the Jaeger along the glass so it settles on top. Done correctly, it will settle in three distinct layers and tastes wonderful.
1½ oz favorite liquor
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.
Final result should be the color of ginger ale. Originally made with a French pear liquor, hence the 1st 3 letters of the drink. French liquor, Italian liquor, Russian vodka (FIR).

CHERRY COBBLER
1 ½ oz. Gin
2 Tsp. Cherry Heering
2 Tsp. Crème de Cassis
2 Tsp. Lemon juice
1 ½ Tsp. Sugar syrup
Combine the liquors, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice; shake well. Strain over ice and decorate with a lemon slice and cherry.

1 ½ oz Coffee-flavored Brandy
½ oz Coffee liquor
1 oz Light Cream

1 splash grenadine syrup
1 splash Rose's® lime juice
Pour liquors into a blender with one and a half cups of ice, and mix until thick-consistency. Pour into a hurricane glass, add a cherry on top, and serve.
1 splash 7-Up® soda
In a tall drink glass, fill it up half way with cubed ice. Add liquor.
Then add cranberry juice, grenadine and soda, and mix well.
Serve in Hurricane Glass... good luck Mr. Gorky.
