Select a large orange with an unblemished peel. Carefully remove peel by cutting it so that you have a long, continuous spiral of the zest (outer peel) of the orange.

1 Orange Wedge
Pour vodka and bitters into mixing glass with several ice cubes.
Stir until very cold and pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
Score peel of orange wedge with tines of fork and drop into drink.

3/4 oz. Green Chartreuse
