Overview: If you are into Absinthe (or even Pastis) in a serious way, you need one of these! It is used to drip the water (over sugar usually) into a glass of absinthe or pastis from a height to help dissolve the sugar and for a little bar theater.
Pastis, pear slice or lemon twist for garnish. In a martini glass add Pastis; swirl to coat the glass. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Grey Goose La Poire, bitters and simple syrup. Empty Pastis from glass.
