Mixing instructions:
Prechill all ingredients and, excepting club soda or champagne, put everything into a chilled punch bowl, stir well, and check sweetness.

Method :
Make a syrup by combining the water & sugar in a non-corrosive pot & bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat & let cool. Puree the eaches in a food processor or blender to yield about 1 c.

Fill shot glass halfway with hot damn and fill to top with peach brandy and drink. It's not the best tasting drink but it will get you drunk really quick.
Prechill all ingredients and pour applejack, rum, peach brandy, brandy, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a chilled punch bowl with a large cake of ice. Stir well, adjust sweetness and pour in soda. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices.
