Pink Gin 1 1/2 ounce gin 3 dash Angostura Bitters Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Another way to make this is to swirl a splash of bitters in a cocktail glass. Shake, or flick, the bitters out and pour the gin into the glass.

Combine in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. Note: Recipe originally called for Orange Bitters, which is difficult to find now, so use Angostura Bitters as a substitute.

Neat history behind this drink, but the key word here is 'history'... Campari is extreme in flavor, and seems to find its home best as a splash on top of a Gin & Tonic, for a Pink Gin & Tonic. Well complimented with Gin.
