The type of Gin called 'Sloe Gin' is a red colored liqueur flavored with ripe sloe berries, the fruit of the blackthorn, which is a relative of the plum.
2/3 plymouth gin. (2 oz, 6 cl, 1/2 gills)
Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz) ...

Dash Plymouth Gin
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

- 2 oz. Plymouth Gin
- 2 oz. Grapefruit juice
- 2 oz. Lemonade
- Garnish: Lemon slice
Pour all ingredients over ice into a tall glass.
Garnish with fruit.

2 oz. Plymouth Gin, 1 oz. Dry Vermouth, 1/2 oz. Pernod, 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice, 3 dashes of bitters. Garnish with an almond-stuffed olive.
