Black raspberry liqueur from France made with small black raspberries, other fruits (black cherry and plum), herbs and honey. Ultra berry finish is soft but firm. Can be served straight or on the rocks. Also good mixed with cognac or champagne.

- 1 oz. raspberry liqueur
Mixing instructions:
Build in a tumbler with ice. Garnish with a cherry.

1/3 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
1 tsp sugar syrup
2 pinches sugar
Coat the rim of a shot glass with sugar using sugar syrup to stick. Add the Chambord raspberry liqueur to the shot glass, and carefully layer the Bailey's Irish Cream on top.

LAVENDER ORCHID
1 oz. Tanqueray No. TEN, 1/4 oz. Raspberry Liqueur, 1 oz. sour mix, 1 splash ginger ale, 1 orchid. In shaker with ice, add Tanqueray No. TEN, Raspberry Liqueur, and sour mix. Top with ginger ale. Decorate with floating orchid.

Marie Brizard Crème de Framboise:
Raspberry liqueur, and proud of it. Too strong in flavour, even unpleasantly so; mix it or avoid it. If you're into raspberries, go for Chambord instead. 20% alcohol.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
Cranberry Juice
Combine vodka and liqueur in a tall glass with ice.
Fill with cranberry juice.

In a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice, add lemon slices and crush (muddle) them into the ice. Add raspberry liqueur and vodka. Shake ingredients and strain into pint glass with remaining ice. Garnish with lemon wedge and salt.

1 ½ oz Vodka
1 oz Black Raspberry Liqueur
Ice
Pour into a mixing glass ½ full of ice. Stir with ice and strain into a glass.

Unlike most raspberry liqueurs, this is not sweetened to death so it adds to, but does not interfere with the champagne the way a liqueur can. It also yields a somewaht less alcoholic drink by using a wine rather than a liqueur.

1/3 cup Light Rum
1/6 cup raspberry liqueur (You can put the cold water and rum into a 2-cup measure, and top it off with the liqueur, if you don't have a 1/6-cup measure)
