Sake Bomb recipe
1 shot sake rice wine
1 glass beer
It's real easy. Drop the shot of Sake into a glass of beer and the just slam it.

 


Pour in cold Sake, Triple Sec, Apricot Brandy and Simple Syrup. Add ice to fill to 3 inches from the top. Fill with Club Soda or Lemon Lime Soda. Gently stir with a wooden spoon. Pour into wine glasses and garnish with fresh fruit slices.

You will be able to get Kome-koji made from Koji or Koji-kin, a kind of white fungi, together with steam cooked rice at your grocery stores or homebrew stores.

Fill a Mixing Glass half full with ice cubes. Pour ingredients into Mixing Glass and stir well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass. Garnish with a Cucumber slice and serve.

Sake - A beer made from rice and originating from Osaka, Japan.
Sambuca - A liqueur produced by the infusion of Witch elder bush and licorice. It can be flavoured with sweet anise and now can be found in different varieties.

But for numbers sake, you probably don't want too much pucker. The drink should be a dark-lime color and served cold. If it's not cold then you can shake it up with ice. I'm no bartender and these instructions show it.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz of gin, 1 1/2 oz lychee nectar and 1/2 oz chilled sake. Stir until well chilled and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee fruit.
Perfect for Halloween.

It has a strong flavour (for soju), and a mild sweet/sour sake-like aroma. It's a little sweet, and definitely nice. If it's not chilled, it has quite a burning aftertaste.

STIRRINGS SUGAR PLUM MARTINI
3 oz. Plum Wine, 2 oz. Stirrings Pomegranate, 1 oz. Plum Sake. Chill and serve straight up in a glass with red grapes and Stirrings Pomegranate Rimmer garnish.

I've never made this drink myself but it's really more of a preference of taste recipe than a measured one. But for numbers sake, you probably don't want too much pucker. The drink should be a dark-lime color and served cold.

Drop lemon quarters into a bar mixing glass. Add half ounce of Triple Sec and muddle well. Add Mandarin and ice. Sake well and pour entire contents of mixing glass into a rocks glass and serve.
