Scotch whiskey is twice-distilled and aged for three years in oak. Malt whiskey is made entirely from malted barley and distilled in a pot still.
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky
1 twist lemon peel
Pour the scotch and drambuie into an old-fashioned glass almost
filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon twist.
Serve in an Old-Fashioned Glass.

Pour 3/4 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps into a shot glass. Top it off slowly with 1/4 oz. Irish Cream. It should look layered. Tastes best when the Irish Cream is cold.
