[from Jérez], naturally dry fortified wine, pale amber to brown in tint.
Fill a large chilled wine goblet with crushed ice, add curaçao and syrup, and churn the glass with a barspoon. Then add sherry and churn until a frost appears on the outside of the glass. Add more ice, if necessary.
Instructions
Add orange juice and sugar to tumbler two-thirds filled with cracked ice; fill with sweet sherry; stir and garnish with fruits in season. Serve with straws and a spoon.
