Used to sweeten many drink recipes. Since sugar does not easily disslove, especially in cool drinks, simple syrup is used.
Simple Syrup is simple to make and is made using a ratio of 2 parts sugar to one part water.

Bring the water to a full boil.

SIMPLE SYRUP: Stir sugar and 6 tablespoons cold water together in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place over medium heat, and bring to a boil. As soon as the syrup comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.

SIMPLE SYRUP
Simple syrup provides a drink with both volume and sweetness.
Fill a cork bottle half way up with superfine sugar, the other half with water. Shake vigorously until most of the sugar dissolves- about a minute.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass, garnish with a Lemon peel, and serve.

To fix this, i made a brown sugar simple syrup (2 parts sugar to one part pure water)
and added the spices to the syrup when cooking it.
Use the syrup instead of the sugar, and that's it. enjoy.
