Combine the sloe gin, egg white, lemon juice and

SAN FRANCISCO COCKTAIL MARTINI
3/4 oz. DeKuyper Sloe Gin, 3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth, 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1 dash Angostura Bitters, 1 dash orange bitters, maraschino cherry. Shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Drop in maraschino cherry.

1 Tbs. White Rum
1 Tbs. Lime Liqueur
Combine without ice; stir well. Pour over crushed ice and decorate with a slice of lime.
